Big Ideas manufacturing partners and support in the Orient includes three best ISO-2000 certified factories producing for famous brands with a combined workforce of 5,000 + workers. Each of these factories specializes and focuses on one particular key item or group, thus assuring well-engineered products. Our China factories are located in Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Qingdao. Normal production leadtime is 60 days ex-China. With proper forecast, leadtime could be reduced to 40 days.

Big Ideas provides each of their customers with timetables for completion prior to order placement and a regular up-to-date report on all orders placed — from sample making to bulk production to shipment. As a standard operating procedure, all customers get a production sample for their approval before it leaves our factories to assure conformity to specifications required by each customer before proceeding with bulk production. In other words, our responsibility does not end until our customers are fully satisfied about the products we ship and the services that we provide.

All materials are randomly inspected at the source (fabric mill or trim suppliers) before they are transferred to our factories. In some cases, they are 100% roll inspected before cutting or before trims are attached to your products to ensure that quality is not compromised. In addition to line inspection, each of our sewers is accountable to the next operator, thus avoiding in-process defects and backlogs. Before packing into cartons, all goods are inspected using Mil-spec 105 standard.
